How often will I receive updates?
Reporting frequency is agreed with you at the start — typically on a recurring schedule that fits your project.
Does BOWestAfrica manage the contractors directly?
Supervision monitors and reports — for direct coordination of contractors and local operations, see Project Management above.
Can supervision start mid-project?
Yes — a baseline visit brings us up to speed before regular supervision begins.

BOWestAfrica members can use Service Requests, assigned My Projects and Notifications from their dashboard. Visitors can still request any service without becoming a member.
Clear Scope. Clear Costs.
Your BOWestAfrica service fee covers the professional services stated in your quotation or agreement. Contractor invoices, supplier charges, materials, government charges, specialist or professional fees and other third-party or project expenses are separate unless expressly included.
Where additional third-party services are needed, costs are normally presented for client approval before proceeding. BOWestAfrica may source an appropriate provider from the Trusted Businesses network or from other qualified third-party providers when the project requires it.
